Continuing our discussion from last time, today we discuss two of the most historically significant elements of the Catholic Counter-Reformation: the founding of the Jesuit order (which was instrumental in trying to combat the spread of Protestantism), and the Council of Trent (which officially anathematized the gospel being preached by the Protestant Reformers).
