The Work of Christ

In Luke 9:22 Jesus offers a short but powerful summarization of his redeeming work: "The Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised."

In our sermon this morning, Pastor Shawn examines the various aspects of the work of Christ that are laid out in this verse, and how they are all essential to the gospel message: Christ's suffering, his rejection, his death, and his resurrection.
