Some Things to Ponder

This coming Sunday we will be taking a short break from our usual sermon series in Genesis. In light of the season we will be looking at the beginning of John's gospel and the coming of Jesus Christ into the world. Our passage will be John 1:1-18 but the verse we will be keying in on will be John 1:14 "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us". As you prepare for worship on this coming Lord's day try and spend some time reading over the passage and asking yourself a few questions.

Who is the Word?

What does it mean that the Word became flesh?

What does it mean for you that Jesus Christ came into this world?
